Tall Grass Hospitality Verbally Abusive, Unprofessional, Destructive to their own Business

Warning!!! Premier Hospitality is a very abusive company to work for! Most people who a hold job for many years, can't handle the abuse longer than 2 to 3 months! There is a lady named - Nila Patel that works for the company. She verbally abuses all management. When I quit, atleast 8 other people that work for them quit the same month. Everyone quit because of verbal abuse from her! It is really bad! She singles people out who is excelling and making the company money. She embarrasses people in front of all other managers in the company just to be hateful. I have many e-mails to prove the abuse to me and others!

I swear she is sadistic!!! She is very jealous of females and attacks them more than the males. She sleeps with the males employees and verbally abuses them when they dont want to be with her. Then gets them fired because her brother own the company. One GM out of 18 has been with the company longer than a year. From what I hear, he has been demoted as well. They lie to employees. They asked their Human Resource Manager to help out at one of the hotels temporarily. They put an ad out to replace her in her Human Resource position.

Another person got a position promotion and a raise and worked the new harder position for months continually asking about when she will see the pay increase and she never got it. Finally she quit. If you work for the company and want to quit... Wait to turn in your 2 weeks notice when you are ready to quit that day. Most people they let go the day that they turn in their notice and they don't give the their 2 weeks pay or severence pay or expenses they have occured. Their insurance is more expensive than if you went to get insurance on your own. Several people in OUTSIDE sales worked for them 3 months and never got business cards or marketing material to do their job currectly! I can go on and on about the unprofessionalism and verbal abuse this company consistantly dishes out!!
