In Cahoots with auto dealers?

I was approved through GMAC and signed paperwork at the dealership that I was already approved through GMAC.

A month & 10 phone calls later to the dealership trying to find out where to send my first payment, I was told an address for Long Beach Acceptance Corp.

My insurance company and another dealership informed me that I was financed through LBAC NOT because of bad credit, which was disproved, but because the auto dealers get a kickback of $25-50 for every payment you make for the life of the loan if they "send" you to LBAC.

Since then I have had nothing but harassment and threats over the last 3 1/2 years. They DO call you constantly if your payment is 2-3 days late.

They DO call your family and friends. They DO call your employer. They will call them on their deathbeds and divulge your information to anyone on the other end of the phone line that will listen.
