Dishonest repair and fradulent billing Ripoff

I read that they have a special in oil change, I called them to ask how much they will do a tune-up, they said that I need to go to the store, I went there he charge me $185, then the car sound worse than the begining, the car stopped by night, then they picked up the car stay in their store for a complete week, with no way for me to take care of my business, with three kids, then they charge me $321 for some switch and now the car is worse, and the man is inventing stories that someone might have cut some wires, I feel very angry and powerless.
