These guys are truly a ripoff company. I'll be brief and to the point. I brought my computer in to there shop in April. It was just running a little slow and I wanted a tune up. When I went to pick up the PC they said it would not run at all. The estimate to repair it was $700 and they tried to sell me a new PC from their store. They charged me a hefty fee (for destroying my computer) and I took my computer home. I returned to the store to complain that the computer appeared to be in a diagnostic mode and they said they wanted to charge me an additional $35 to look at it for repair. I was incensed and called another PC repair store in Bonita. The tech said I just needed a hard drive and I returned to the honest tech with a new hard drive and it was ready the next day. Total cost $90. I am very happy with the other company and will never use or recommend Nite Lite computer of Bonita Springs, Naples and Fort Myers again!!!
