Dishonest fraudulent billing rudeness of thier customer service ripoff

I have never dealt with such a rude bunch of people. When i first bought my car in june of i had to wait 2 months for them to send me an account number and where to send my payments too. I believe they have not posted some of my payments. I have had my car a year and a half, and i'm still paying on the interest! They are ruining my credit by thier mistakes! I'm not happy dealing with them at all!
