Didnt complete the job right. My son had his car repaired after a accident and they missed several itmes and dont want to stand behind their work ripoff

My son had a accident while he lived in jacksonville. He moved to tampa the later part of august with me. Upon looking at his car for the first time I noticed several items where not right. I contacted the dealer and they said they would take car of it just bring it back with a list of concerns and they would fix it.

After it being there for 2 weeks they sent it back not fixing the item but instead claimed that he was involved in another accident and it was his problem. First we know that he was not involved in any other accident to do the damage they claim. My feelings is that they missed some repairs the first time and are no trying to get out of doing what they should have dont the first time.

There was some items that were not replaced (the underhood insulation) that they claim we took off. Lets be real why would we do that on a brand new car. They are in the bbb list of not doing things properly before so its not like this is the first time for them. I feel they should be responsible to stand up and say ok we missed something and should take care of it.
