E H Meindl Agency Automobile Insurance claim not honored after accident was reported. Agency EH Meindl called to remove vehicle from policy as of the date of the incident

I had been covered with National Independence insurance provider plan start-date was August. I had been in an incident on 3/17. National Independence mentioned they were approached from the common company E-H Meindl on 3/19 and was directed from the broker to get rid of the automobile type the insurance plan by 3/17/10 the day of the incident. After I approached National Independence Insurance to document a state, they explained that I had been not covered about the day of the incident. They called my for their common company E-H Meindl simply because they mentioned that any modifications or improvements to my plan might have been approved by E-H Meindl.

After I approached E-H Meindl they didn't have any clarification why they approved National Independence Insurance to get rid of the automobile in the plan, just that I had been not covered on that day. Our plan was in excellent position and paid-up at the moment and there is no reason behind the automobile to become taken off the plan except they didn't wish to recognize the state for that incident. I've submitted a using the Better Business Office in Illinois. I've a state within the quantity of $1,500 as a result of this incident the insurance provider will not recognition. This isn't the type of point you wish to notice after a collision after spending your insurance costs every month. Consumer beware, the corporation isn't in your corner and doesn't remain behind you should you document a state for protection.
