Ripoff heartless unwilling to work with people vultures etc

Let me say that at this very moment Americredit is threatning my only way to make a living. First I get a few payment behind due not to my negligence but circumstance. I told them numerous time that I had trouble making payments and wanted to resolve that but I was unheard. Now I have recently lost my grandmother who was real close to me and I had to direct some money towards that. But still AMERICREDIT has not in any way shown any concern regarding this or any ordeal. Now I am faced with either paying off the account in full ($6800 even thought the car is worth only around $2800) or face being 'arrested for stealing a vehicle (are they allowed to do that?)'. And believe this - the lady (who shall remain nameless - LaDonna) stated I only have 15 minute to make a decision? That was quite some stress - That's not time enough to clean the vehicle or remove any items on the vehicle that I paid for. I asked for her supervisor (James) who allowed me 2 weeks to give up the car but I still would not trust that. I may have to file bankrupcy to even salvage anything that is going to happen. I am married, with three kids and trying to make ends meet without any help whatsoever from other family members but this has gone far enough! Down here in FL we have an AG that does not tolerate this kind of foolishness that AMERICREDIT is getting away with.

Let's band together people and put companies like AMERICREDIT out of business!

PS - I wonder if I can refinance the vehicle for what I still owe?
