Repossession car damaged

I was behind on my car payments with Americredit, On Monday December 21st I made an arrangement with a representative to make a payment on the 23rd. When I woke up the following morning the car was gone, repossessed by Allied Adjustment Services on behalf of Americredit. This is not the issue because I was behind on my payment and they had every right to repossess the car.

The following week (December 31st) I made a payment of the outstanding amount, repossession fees as well as January's payment. I went to the Allied to collect the vehicle and was told the vehicle was sent to Manheim GA (An Auction Company). I called Americredit representative at this company and was told they vehicle was not there. I subsequently called by Americredit and was told by Ron in the Reinstatement Department to just wait until the following week, the vehicle will turn up.
