October 6 I was in an accident. The police faulted me for it. Well! I never wanted it to be fixed at this body shop. I wanted my towing bill paid to move it. Since I do pay for it every month. My agent has did nothing for me. So my husband and I went to the body shop to see why its taking 20 days to repair the truck. My husband got mad and yelled at the lady. They are refusing to realse my truck. My insurace is paying the $500 that I got from my loss of use.

I dont get how a company can take your money and not help you. My husband then yelled at Rhonda for not helping us. She wanted my husband to write a "Im sorry" letter to the body shop. Well! He did and she never wanted to help us. Im under enough stress that I can't take anymore. I've been with Farmers for 8 years. Ever since I was able to drive.

Now I see why my dad changed from Farmers of 35 years to another company. I can't stand to pay something and never get help. I know my husband should have stayed cool, but they should have done something to help us. I have decided to go to another agent. Rhonda told my husband he was a jerk and that we would find anybody else to take us. I had 1 accident. I think I can find somebody. She has no respect for us. We are a client. My mother in law works for us, so treat us like a client, not your friend.
