I will never, ever do business with Les Scwab tires again. My Husband and I have been loyal customers for years but never again.in the last 2 years we have had the following occur, most at our local store, but not all.

1. Charged $900 for a set of new rear brakes on our truck when presented with the bill was explained to my husband that they replace all rotors ect. Regardless of whether or not it is is needed due to "liability"

2. I was told 3 weeks ago that I needed new rear brakes "soon" the word soon mentioned twice. I took my car to another shop this week to get the new brakes and the mechanic showed me where I still have 75% of my pads in the rear and do not need new brakes any time soon.

3. My husband purchased tires from Costco for the truck and was told they would not install them (not sure why) he called Les Schwab and was told yes we can install them and was quoted a price when he went in for the work the price was significantly higher when asked he was told it was because they weren't a Les Schwab brand.

4. Purchased airbag suspension for our truck to be able to handle a camper was told it would take 1 hour to install, he left the truck at 3 pm, when he went to pick it up at 5pm they brought out a truck with the wrong airbags (white on a black truck) they installed the air pump installs in the wrong place. My husband was there until 8:30 at night without so much as an apology from them for all of his time they wasted due to their incomptence. To top it off our local (honest) mechanic told us he would have done the job for $75 less!

We spend a lot of money on our truck as my husband puts over 30k miles a year on it and they will no longer be getting any of our business and I will try to make sure others know about our experiences as well.
