Ripoff dishonest rude fraud do not care about their customers

After I followed all of their rules to have the aout bank draft stopped they continued to take money of my account even when it was empty and they had received their payment. I called and tried to speak with a supervisor and I was hung up on four times. After three frustrating days I was finally able to speak with someone with some sense. Which she told me that I had to go through the entire process all over again.

It was a very frustrating situation because I am a single parent of two and they basically stole $500 from me in NSF and bank fees and they seem to belive that I still owe them $100... They are a RIP-OFF!!!
