Jerard - Manager Ripoff VERY Unprofessional & Rude

Drive Financial has repeatedly harrassed me at WORK, even though my wife & I have told them NOT to call there. This has gotten to the point of limiting my chances for continued employment! Tonight my wife called to provide info concerning a double car payment (we are behind due to hospitalization and chronic illness)- leaving us 1 payment behind.

My wife came to me in tears at the rude and demeaning attitude-language of "Jerard" (he claimed he was a manager)... I took the phone and tried to be polite, but his immediate tone was very loud and abrasive - this man didn't even know me!

Every time I would say something, jerard would mimic it in a nasty tone (he did this five times), at which point I became irrate. Finally, he hung up in my face - even though I asked him repeatedly to speak to a his supervisor (he never did let me!). I tried to call back to get someone, anyone else... But he reanswered the phone (apparently he had our number directly routed ONLY to his line so we could not access anyone other than him...

Others at Drive have been nicer, but it seems this is the predominant caliber of employees Drive Financial values these days.
