Ripoff car loan sharks

My loan on my vehicle was up on july and I had to pay 2 deferment payments and some late fees I owed. I paid my fees and the deferments in august and now they are saying that we owe an additional 3000.00 in fees. I asked what fees they said finance charge fees. I told them I paid my interest, vehicle and all other fees. They said you just have to pay it or else we wont send you your title. Now we are stuck that they want an aditional 3000.00$ plus they are charging us 1.55$ a day until we pay it in full then once we do it will take them up to 60 days to even give us our title.

WE keep calling trying to work things out but all they do is just talk foul to us and refuse to answer any of our questions they are now reporting our vehicle as charged off a a bad debt and they are still calling trying to collect money. There calls start at 615 am and continue into the night I tell them the same thing every time but they continue to call and call us a bunch of liars. The are loan sharks and are adding on money we have no idea what it is for.
