Ripoff Auto Lot - Bad Business

I thought this company was a trustworthy company, but after wasting a almost three months over the same pursuit, I began to think otherwise. After putting in to buying a car in May, I never actually got my car until the end of June. I was promised that I would get the car the first week of June.

Then when I finally got the car, I noticed that after waiting a month, the car was in worse shape than I expected. So after less then 24 hours of having the car, I told the seller that I wanted my money back. The owner told that it would be no problem and I would get it back as soon as possible.

The owner informed me that he wanted to sell my car to someone else so that he could make a profit and give me all my money back. I agreed but then he asked for my title. I told him that I couldn't give him my title while he already has my car and my money.

So he decided to forge a contract with me stating that he has my title and my car and that he would give me my money by a certain time, whether or not he sold my car. When the deadline came, he still didn't give me my money. He just ignored my calls and gave me numerous excuses that was a load of mess.

Two months went buy of phone tag and nothing happened. It has even gotten to the point where he has been ignoring my phone calls. He lied and told me that he had my money but when I called him so I could get the money, he never gave me a complete answer, told me he'd call me, and hurried off the phone; and I never got in contact with him sense.

It got to the point where I have to keep calling him from different numbers so that he would pick up and I could get a chance to tak to him. When I told him that I would take him to court, he pretty much laughed in my face. He was completely non-compliant.

He takes advantage of innocent students jut looking for a car and steals money. He's a ruthless and very untrustworthy man running a shady business that I advise no one to ever go into business with.

All I wanted to do was get my money back so I could get a car to drive to school, work, and to the grocery store. I never wanted all of this to happen. He's $2000 richer while I'm in debt and miserable. I'd feel ten times better if his business would just get shut down and he was never able to do this to anyone again.
