They first called me in May to see if i was willing to sell my Westgate Property and when i finally agreed Scott the rep. Said he had a buyer and it shouldnt take long. Scott said i needed to give them $4,000 because i had 2 weeks i was selling and i would get that back when the sale was done. I ask Scott why not just take $4,000 from sale which to me is a safe way for me since they are the ones not risking any money. Well that didnt work and i ended up giving $4,000 to them and Scott and i were talking all the time. I told Scott i needed the money we were going on vacation in June and if they needed to call me to call my cell. Well he called me around the June 7 and told me that i should stay home on June 10 and the company that bought my timeshares will be calling and then ask me how i would like my money after that conversation was over. Well June 10 came and gone and no phone call. Now Scott is not my rep i have a new one. Now he tells me that there was a mistake and my timeshares will sell in July. So i was mad and i said i wanted my money back and they told me that they couldnt do that because it was in transaction, i could cancel my deal with them and loose my money or try to see if they could sell it. So July 1 i called the new rep which i forgot his name and ask him if my timeshares were still going to be sold this month and he said that the company was finalizing a few things and i said ok. Well July came and went and now we are in August again being told it will sell on August 20 and i said yea right. Now i was getting a little irated with them. Well i guess u know what i am going to say next. This goes on like this until i get a new rep Evan in October and that is where he is honest with me and tells me everything. He tells that the company is buying 300 timeshares from outside of the U.S. And with the economy the way it is it was scared to purchased that many. So the excuses ran that the company was having a board meeting to see if they all agree to buy..in November Evan told me that the company wanted to buy all the timeshares so they could get a tax cut. Well that didnt happen either. I told Evan that with me being has patient as i was maybe he could give back some of my money back. Since i was promised so many times that my property would be sold and never was. If i could add up the amount of money for each time they told me it would have sold i would have over 20,000.. Well the last time i talked to Evan i told him that i was going to use one of my weeks for vacation because i didnt think it would sell and he ask me if i could use a bank week because that way the company could use 2 weeks at the resort. Evan also told me that i would be getting an additional $450.00 in late fees from the company. Because the company was taking too long but still wanted everything so they decided to pay everyone late fees to. That was the last time i talked to Evan because i just tried there number and i get there number is not confirm yet. Please after all this i want my money back and it would be nice if i had my timeshares sold for the price that they gave me..
