Bait and dont buy Tire Scam

Today, I went into J & J Truck & Auto Repair. I had a loud tire noise on my car wanted to have it checked for saftey reasons. I called * and * (ROR REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) they were just to busy. So, I went in and asked if he could look at my car and give me an estimate of the problem.

Mr. Chuck Pingitore and the mechanic looked at the problem. Then Tryed to sell me tires for an Eldorado, I drive a Neon. Quoted me over inflated prices. When I told him I would think about it, he demanded a $20.00. Fee for looking at my tires.

I called * and asked them and S* Neither of those companys would charge to look at a problem nor any other company I have ever hear of in my life without quoting a fee up front. I didnt know what to do, I paid the $20.00 on my mastercard. I want to warn people of this company and this scam. I know its only $20.00 but this was a real SCAM...
