In June, I searched on-line for seat covers that would fit my truck, which has wider-than-usual driver's seat. I called the company and talked to a representative who confirmed that the product I had identified would indeed fit my truck. He assured me that it would. Later in the day I ordered and paid for the product. One month later, a package arrived from the company with seat covers, neither of which would fit my driver's seat.

I called the company who told me that it was my problem and their policy was to neither return nor replace my product. They evaded the question of my communication with their representative, and claimed that I had ordered the seat cover model in the pane right next to the correct pane. They have steadfastly refused to address my claim to have communicated with their representative, deflecting with their disingenous claim that I chose the wrong product on my own.

I might further note that these seat covers were of the flimsiest quality and would not be worth half what I paid for them, even if they had fit.

Note that this company posts no physical address and that the holding company, Barbari group, has shifted locations and identities since their first disreptutable entry with consumer complaints. Also note that in that entry, their rebuttal did NOT address the claims against them, but attacked the credit record of the complaintant.
