Lied too seat cover ripoff

I odered seat covers of my wifes 2002 tahoe from the driverseat in december and was told they would fit like a glove well they dont fit like any glove i ever had they are loose and the head rest is to small.

Also the salesman asked me what style tahoe i had to make sure they had the right seat cover because some have the controls on the seat i told him they style and also told him the controls were on the side of the seat.

Well the seat covers didnt come with a opening for the controls now he says he never said anything about the control i have 3 witness all i want is a refund i am not happy i asked to speak to the owner and was told i couldnt he was the only one i could deal with he wouldnt even give me the name of the company where he got the covers from

I was also told they were gm offical products but when you contact gm they say they dont do or authorize after market products
