Ripoff, deceptive practices, dishonest, fraudulent billing

For one i needed a expensive part for my car (ie. Transmission) and since the place where i bought the car from didn't do its job i went to search on my own... And i found this place called partsjobber.com (now mind you, i did my own research).

So when i thoroughly looked and found the part i was looking for, i then called the auto parts store they had put up the money for me since they too owed me the part, so they told me they paid for the part this was in may (i had been waiting for my part since february, and the auto parts store told me it was difficult to find a part for my particular car: a 96 ford taurus) so we waited, and waited they had called the 866 number that was given but no response we e-mailed, no response,

Now it's august so my auto parts store has went to their attorneys to file a complaint (im waiting to see what the deal is with it). Since my personal life is busy i don't have the time to deal with an litigation... But i will jump on board with my auto stores attorneys if they want...

In the meantime i have no vehicle no way to get on with life and my mechanic is upset with me and the auto parts store and everybody else because the car is sitting on his lot accumulating dust, i had spent time and money into this car and this part... Upset is the feeling that is indescribable.
