A few days ago I was rear ended.

Shocked, and in pain, I called BMW assist.

Don't worry. We just called the police and they will be at the corners of % and % as soon as possible.

I wasn't NEAR the corners mentioned.

By the way, in the interim the guy who rear ended me decided to leave the scene.

BUT: what if this were an even worse case scenario a mortal injury or one with my 2 kids in the car BMW assist can say: Oh, but that is hypothetical, it didn't happen? But it COULD. I paid the 300 for assist, I bought the luxury car, and received substandard and even service which endangered my safety.

Oh, Assists advice (coldly, cavalierly robotic) Take it back to the dealer to get the tracking device fixed

And Los Angeles dealer Nick Alexander response Let me put that on the ticket to fix (the car is still under warranty oh, and by the way, they found an 1800 item to fix, I shall be getting opinions on that)

Have you had this problem? What should I do regarding this cavalier attitude? I'll tell you right now, I'm probably never going to purchase another BMW
