Fraudulent sales claims

We purchased a 2006 Chevy Impala under the GM "Smart Buy" program. Nick Nicomatti and the sales manager told us that even though this was a 48 month lease, we would be able to turn the vehicle in at 37 months "and walk away". We have discovered this is a complete lie by Nick NIcomatti and the dealership.

Nick Nicomatti specifically said this program had this option for people who were "upside down" in their trade in and this program would be a great way to recover. We asked and affirmed the 37 month reurn three times during the sales process, which was brutal.

This is my fault for not reading the contract completely. However, I do believe that most consumers want to trust the dealer and the salesperson, which you can not at Century 3 Chevrolet.

If you are buying a vehicle from NIck NIcomatti - STOP IMMEDIATELY and go to another dealership.
