Ripoff dishonest-misrepresentation contract lie

Unfortunately i told my son to purchase the extended warranty on his used car purchase especially when it was represented as a bumper to bumper.

Talk about a group of thieves and liars. He was having problems with the right rear wheel, i thought it was a wheel bearing. I called this company to make sure it would be covered. And they said it was.

It was taken to the dealer for repairs, we were told that it was the rear wheel bearing and spindle and a front linkage and few other items. Then the dealer said he called the service contract co and was told that the mentioned items WOULD NOT be covered. Even though the day before i was told at least the rear wheel bearing would be covered, (i didnt ask about the spindle because i didnt know it maybe bad)

Calling the daimler chrysler service company, spoke to someone named mike and was told nothing would be covered under this contract. I told him that this service contract sucked and was crap, his response was that it was a good contract. Then if it was good why doesnt it cover anything, esp when you are told that items are covdered.

So my son paid a fortune for nothing, and dealer said min to fix the problem in the rear would be $560. I ended up taking the car home, even though the dealer advised against it due to safety issues. But at this time funds were not available, considering it should have been covered under contract
