Drive Financial
Ripoff, harrassing, rude company with no heart

Cars & Transport

I bought my Dodge Intrepid in September. I was a great customer with a good payment history. Then around Christmas, the winter bills including heating bills were all raised, so I was late on my car payment.

They called our home phone within 2 days probably 10 times, I even talked to them, and I told the next person that I had already made arrangements with a customer service rep. They said they had no record of that.

They also called my husband's work numerous times. We paid the payment.

In January we moved to a new town. I called and gave them my new address. I was late one month and called and made payment arrangements. Two days later and woman called and wanted my address so they could come pick up the car. I gave it to her and she said that I was lying and they will find me!

I made arrangements with my dad to use his credit card, so I called her back and she also accused me of lying and that I wasn't going to pay. I said lady I am calling with the information. She was very rude and yelled at me. Needless to say she made me cry. Why should I feel that way??? They are suppose to be professional!!
