Ripoff They lie to get your business then do not hold up to their end of the deal

My husband and I went and purchased TWO vehiles from David Stanley Ford and got RIPPED OFF! First they had no sticker prices on the vehicles and when asked how much they ignore our question and by the third time I had realized that we were not going to do business there. Then they offered me more money for my trade in and a better deal to get our business. They asked me what my monthly payments on my trade in was, not thinking i told them. When the guy walked out of the room, I turned to my husband and told him that i realized what the scheme was. They ask you what you are paying first knowing that you are buying up so they figure adding a couple of hundred dollars to your note then come back and give u a price on the vehicles. They swindled us by giving us so called a great deal and incentives which at the end didnt work out. When we got to the financing part of the deal, the financing employee made errors on most of the paper work wich cost us over 500 dollars out of our pocket and then we paid to have our car notes for 45 days and they messed up on that too. Our first payments were due in 30 days.

I called and spoke to the financing employee who apologized but gave no incentive or to try and correct the errors. I spoke with the general manager and the finance manager and to no avail did nothing about all of this. They get people interested in the vehicle promising them that they will get the deal of a lifetime but what happens is what you get is screwed! My husband and I have bought cars every 3 yrs and for the past 13 yrs we have bought Ford products. We called Ford and they said they could not do anything and were sorry for our experience with this dealership. Well we will not buy another Ford as long as we live and David Stanley has not heard the last from us or the media!!
