Manipulative, dishonest, harrassing ripoff

My wife and I went to the dealer looking to purchase a RV. I signed a contract to buy a 2007 Sun Seeker and put $1000 as a down payment with the verbal agreement that if the deal does not go through as we requested, we want our deposit back.

The deal went thru a financier and was told that an additional $10,000 would be required for the down payment (to total $11,000). I refused the sale and was told my initial $1000 down payment was NOT going to be refunded because I had a signed contract!

This dealer is manipulative, dishonest and WILL NOT give your down payment back because of a clause stated in the contract "ANY COMMENTS, AGREEMENTS ARE NOT BINDING EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS CONTRACT".
