A Eastern Connection - Auto Rail Transporters Ripoff Have my money but I don't have my vehicle, enough said!

Http://www.autotrailtransporters.com / not sure if they are a scam, but the truth be told I am in the 9th day of phone calls to find out when they will pick up my vehicle.

I was given a date when I wanted to get service which is a scam in itself, becasue when you confirm, and have your car ready they dont show. I was told they were running late, in a very rude way. Then they tell in a couplemof days the driver will call 10 hours ahead. Nothing yet!

I called more and was told later in the week, (10 days later). I still dont have my car picked up, similar story to the other posting. Should have checked here first. I cant cancel until 14 days becasue ther is a cancellation fee of $250. This is the scam they use the 14 days as overbooking time. If you cancel because of the crappiest custome service no sweat of their back. Good thing this is not my primary vehcile and have other wheels. This could put somebody in the poorhouse if they had to rent while waiting on these jokers. When day 15 comes, i will cancel, call the credit card company fraud division, NY state attorney general, Nevada Attorney General and maybe my cousin Vinny to throw a little NY back at them.
