Ripoff dishonest billing I would avoid this company at all costs

I went to Bruce Titus for an oil/filter and lube change for which i had a gift card. I had a set of spark plugs in the car that needed to get put in and i even asked how much it would cost. They told me 89.00 to put in six spark plugs (how lazy am I).

So since i work all the time and didnt want to hassle with it i asked them to put them in. When i went to pick up my car my bill was for 105.90 and i asked them why it was so much.

Apparently they tack on a charge for "shop supplies" which in my case amounted to nothing (as i brought my own spark plugs) as Im sure it does with everyone elses bill. They just marked up the price of my bill by 10%. Its not the money I am concerned it is the practice. I even called them on it and they said " Oh we do that to everybody.

It is completely dishonest and fraudulent. I would avoid this company at all costs for bad business practices.

If the company happens to read this i hope you change your policy. I bought a car from Bruce Titus and I am currently shopping for another one and absolutely will not do business with your company again. I also happen to work in a position with people that have lots of disposable income and I am going to go out of my way everytime someone says they are going to buy a new car to avoid your company and surprisingly that will be a lot of people in this immediate area so i hope that extra $10.00 was worth it.
