Q-Based Solutions, All Stop
All Stop mattress covers not as described

In an attempt to thwart an infestation of bed bugs, I purchased mattress covers from Q-Based Solutions. I have a California King size mattress, and before the purchase I specifically asked if their king size cover would fit. I was assured it would. That assurance was wrong.
The cover doesn't come all the way together at the foot of the bed, making it effectively impossible to actually seal it, making encasement effectively impossible. On top of that, the cover has dozens of holes in it obviously part of the manufacturing process—perfect circular holes evenly spaced along the seam of the encasement.
Customer service proved useless, and downright dismissive, and would only offer a refund on unopened product. Needless to say, I am not pleased with this product or company.
