Sears Auto, Az. New truck in for warrantee work Aug. 1999- where is it?

Repair work, shocks, front end & brake repairs done at N.T.B. (formerly N.T.W. Owned by Sears) spring of 1999 before heading to California for a new job. Stopped to visit in Phoenix, Arizona, and had problems with my braking system. Left it at Sears auto at Desert Sky mall for the day, and it was worse when I picked it up that night.

Left it at the Sears auto in Mesa, Az., & explained what had happened and I made arrangements to use a friends car-they could have the trcuk for 4,5, 7 days or up to 2 weeks if needed, just make the the NEEDED REPAIRS - THAT WERE UNDER WARRANTY & ALREADY PAID FOR...!!! And so I could get to my new job, before I lost it. Sometime between monday when I left it & the follwing week on tuesday I attempted to get my truck... But it was gone. No one knew for sure where or when, but they sure did not have the truck.

The truck was a 1996 Ford, new bed liner, tow pakage, new shocks (Rancho H.D.), tow bumper with hitches and other nice addons, in fact I probably had just spent close to $3,000.00 on it. Here it is July. 5 weeks shy of being missing for a year and do you think they have done anything to help. No. I have been treated like a criminal by their people, when I am the victim.

I am still stranded in Phoenix, working, but not at the job I was heading to the coast for. Sears attitude is & was pertaining to my truck, aorry but we are not responsible. One of their insurance people even told me when I said I may have to walk over 100 miles a day to work, "sounds like a personal problem".

Also I am out a new truck. Oh, I have had phone calls from one of their stores (an emplyee) that they know where my truck is but then they hang up. I have it on a recorder. Be careful when going to Sears...
