This company is a total rip-off. I have now tried for the 3rd time to use my extended warranty for road-side assistance. Everytime I call they say there is no record of my contract or vin number.

However, I called the dealership where I purchased the car and they gave me all the information and after 3 hours of hassling with them on the phone with a dead battery and cold weather they finally found my contract. Which was never lost because I used it in the pass.

I do not recommend anyone purchase this warranty it is HORRIBLE!!!
