Capital One Auto ripoff Suggested my 4 year old daughter get a job to help with payment

We have been 1 to 2 months behind on our 2 car payments. One with Capital One Auto and the other with Americredit Auto. Both companies do call for the payments. Thats where it stops, Americredit calls once or twice a day, never at work and never after 8pm or early in the morning. Capital One Auto, on the other hand, calls at 7.30am, and doesn't stop ringing until 9.00pm. They call several times an hour all day.

They rang my wife at work and telling her supervisor we were in financial trouble. When we do finally answer the phone after they called 4 dozen times, they are rude and nasty and they make you feel like you are 2 inches tall. My wife refuses the talk to any of them, they have had her in tears several times. I try to make at least 1 months payment to go no more than 1 1/2 months behind. I was on the phone with an account manager, Ash Abbi, 30 minutes ago, and he insisted my 3 year old daughter, Abby go and get a job to help make payments. Yes 3 years old, almost 4 years old, born August.

They have asked in the past for me to sell my computer or furniture. But never for my daughter to go to work. Maybe if I could find a coal mine that pays well I could send her down for 12 hours at a time! Morons!

I made my wife cancel her Capital One credit cards, we will never approach this bank again. It may take 20 years but each person who tells another, then another will put this bank in financial hardship, like I am in now. It has happened many times in the past. So I ask you this, tell your friends, inturn they will tell 10 people and so on, and maybe in 20 or 30 years this bank will be bought out.
