Ripoff

Is it just this one location or is it company-wide? If I am so much as one day late on my payment, I get several phone calls. If they should, God forbid, have to leave a voice mail, they start calling my references. I've talked to the regional manager and he keeps assuring me that this is not their practice, yet it keeps happening.

Also, I've actually had one of their "customer service reps" tell me that they had pulled my "near-bys" and were getting ready to call them and have them come knock on my door. This, mind you, was after being a week late because they did not process a due date change when I changed jobs. They said they got it too late. The reason it was late was their fax machine they told me to fax it to had been out of order for several weeks.

I've tried on several levels to get what I feel is totally unprofessional behavior addressed, but have had no luck whatsoever. Anyone found a person who actually cares what people think over there?
