Auto Loan Funded After Job Loss and Employment Check Dispute

These people will fraudulently lie that they did an employment verification, even if they are told that the applicant they are calling about no longer works there. They will push a loan application through even if you no longer meet the minimum loan requirements. They are working with the liars at Southwest Kia and are probably getting a cut from those deceitful deals.

I lost my job and tried to cancel this application before they funded the loan to the dealership. I got the runaround from both Southwest Kia and Citifinancial, and the loan got funded. I questioned and investigated to see how that is possible if I don't meet the requirements anymore. I found out through the funding supervisor that my work verification was done by one of her employees. I told her that her employee was told that I no longer work there, and she still passed this application.

Citifinancial Auto must enjoy losing money, because I clearly told them I am not dealing with these fraudulent people. Their employee lied to push this fraudulent loan through, and I will not pay a dime on this note. Even with all this, Citifinancial has not done a thing to make it right. So that tells me that they are in this rip-off scam with Southwest Kia.
