Smisco Volvo & Import Service Center ripoff scam artist auto repai

This ripoff artist fraudulent encounter begun in nov. 05. The dishonest mechanic name is calvin booker. He was to replace the heads on 1997 eldorado cadillac. The charge was $450.

In jan. 06 i was informed by this dishonest mechanic i now need a motor for the car. This would cost $2200. After two weeks i begin to call and inquire about the car.

I was informed the motor was bad. It would take two weeks to receieve another motor. After three weeks i call and inquired about the call again. I was told to pick up the car on saturday.

Car was picked up and ran hot five minutes away from the shop. After several episodes of picking up the car and it running hot. I had the car towed to another shop. Also, my speak and amp. Was missing. Car cd was distroyed while in his care.

I was told there was a robbery at the shop. After the car was towed there was no new parts on the car. He owes me $3,476.04
