Ripoff Poor Repair Service 3 attempts and still not corrected deceptive action Does not hold to promise

My Acura MDX had $20,000.00 in repairs. Front end is still shaking on freeway driving after 3 attempts at repair. Seat was burned by welding, Speaker is still in poor condition from being damaged by body shop.
Promises are made for customer service like providing transportation then the day of service arguments are made to the contrary. It is impossible to get repairs done correctly.

Once bill is paid by insurance company service come to a crawl if at all. Nasca expects the customer to endur all the time loss while they are unable to reapir automobile correctly. I am very disapointed with the after care and will be reporting to all possible busines beareus and customer service affiliates.

I can NOT say enough about how poorly the customer is treated after payment is made.in over 6 months the vehicle is still not in proper working or Safe condition. I would recomend that you do not use this company for any of your auto repairs and I strongly suspect that the possiblity of deducted repairs are joined with the insurance companies to repair automobiles at the least cost without the consumer / customers best interest.

I intend to post this preconfigured notice to as many web sites.? Assistance reporters, Referals services and affiliates as possible. They are a member of Car Star lifetime warranty services to while I have compiled a lengthy report for sumission.

Please DO NOT CONSIDER NASCA BODY SHOP for your automotive repairs as if you have any experience such as mine I can guarentee not only the most displeasure possible with your service but a lot of lost time and contant headaches when you take the vehicle back to correct items that should have been properly repaired in the first place. As for transportation, expect the least expensive low quality vehicle they can possible obtain. Chances are you will NOT have the work completed on tiem and when it is returned I really doubt you will have any satifaction with the shoody unknowledgeable work thet is less than the quality of a High school automotive training school with poeple that have never picked up a tool.

You have been warned. Don't take the step the misery.
