Refusal To Pay Claims ripoff

Oct3 Clear sunshine day Riding My motorcycle in a line of cars, and get hit by a Truck from behind. The truck leaves the scene. I am knocked out and then loopy from the fall. Monroe county sheriffs Dept takes report stating all the above. (I was knocked out remember). Released from hospital later. But have serious shoulder injuries and I am out of work for almost 6 months.

Progressive wont pay Supplemental Uninsured motorist, They say I hit the truck. No damage to front of my bike, I never saw a truck in front of me. The claims adjuster tried to imtimidate me by saying I was committing an illegal act by falsely reporting. And the Deputy, Who I never met before but who is an excellent person afterward meeting him, Conspired to defraud Progressive.

Arbitration was useless My lawyer is writing NYS Assembly and Senate but Im still out wages and damages and can not use my left arm properly. Yea for progressives stockholders They gained value.

I have personally spoken to 4 others with this claims office refusals and in one case both cars were insured By progressive but both drivers were partially at fault so no claims were paid.

The Claims adjuster used a verbatim threat to another hit and run victim. Apparently this Young man in his late 20's or early 30's knows more than two police officers from two differnt departments and The deputy from my accident retired shortly after this incident with almost 30 years of excellent service to his community
