Ripoff WARNING Cheat Insurance companies, Invent fees

This company is a fraud. The dealer we bought a truck from sold our loan to this group of con artists. They call incessantly. They will not identify their superiors. They will not provide documentation, and when the vehicle was totaled in a wreck they quoted me 2600.00 for the pay off. When they found out insurance was paying they raised it to 3800.00. I don't understand how a company can continue business while breaking the law. They do it because they know that most people cannot afford representation. If I asked for a supervisor they hung up!
