Ripoff, fraudulent, 31/2 mos. To move car still no car. Wants more money

Interstate asked for my business. Signed contract in April. Gave them $175.00 deposit. Truck was to be moved on May 7-10. Still have no truck as of August 25th.

I have contacted Julie, Phil, Nellie 20-30 times with no results. Leave messages with no return call. Ask for the owner's ph. # and am told they don't have it! Don't know where he lives (as in what state or town!). They want more money ($200.00) to see it is moved. I have a signed contract stating it will be moved on MAY 7th.
