In march of this year we rented a ryder truck on line to move our daughters stuff from Sandusky, Ohio to Whitehouse, Ohio it cost over $200.00 I was told that I would get my $100.00 deposit back when I returned the truck toWhitehouse. We got there filled the tank full of gas. I was told there that i could not get the deposit because they did not do that on Sunday. I called the 800 number right then and there. The mad was very rude to me and said to bad i had to either stay there untill MOnday or try to get it back form where i got the truck in Sandusky.in Sandusky they would not give me back my cash deposit. It was not there place to give me my money back. To make it short I have called the800 number 4-times and each time told they will send me a check not for $100. But for $74. Because i went over the miles. I have not recieved this money and yet they told me when i booked the truck that i would get my full$100. Back because the figured the milage and this why it was over $200.
