Showed up and left without moving us

We hired A-trans Moving and Storage to move us from newark, DE to Lebanon, PA on 3/27/08. They quoted us $540 ($90/hour isntead of by the pound since it was only an hour and a half away). They required a $90 deposit for the first hour, which we payed at the beginning of the week.

The movers arrived on moving day and on time, but said that they were given bad information from dispatch and was told it would be a small move; so the truck was already half full. They said that they would be back the next day at noon with the truck empty and move us. The next day, they called us at 10 am and said that their truck broke down and they could not make it. I called the rep at the company and he said that he would get a truck out there that night and would call me back with the time. I called them 3 times throughout the rest of the day before they finally told me that they couldn't get out there that day and it would be the next day at noon. Since it was so close to the end of the month, I continued to complain until he guaranteed that someone would be there the next day and promised to pay the renter's deposit that we would loose because we had not moved out on time if they didn't move us. About an hour later, he called back and said that they had rented a truck and that they would be there at 9am instead of noon the next day.

It is now 3:15pm and I have not heard from anyone nor can I get in touch with the office. They appear to be closed on Saturdays.
