Ripoff racial and gender discrimination

My car was vandalized on February 15 by a student at my school. I had it towed to Ed Morse, HONDA because I was told to deal with the dealership and I would receive better service.

I called Rob on the 20th and I was told that my car would be completed on Friday the 24th, I called that Friday and I was told that it was going into painint and I would have it the middle of the next week, I had to get an extension for the rental. I called around the middle of the next week and again I was told it would be done by the weekend. My third call was that Friday, now I was told that with the original estimate Geico did not include the tail-light.

I called Geico Monday the 6th and they stated that they did not receivr a supplement that Rob was suppose to fax to Geico, I called the adjuster and he stated that Rob needed to file the paperwork. Now it is the 10th of March I was told that my car was DONE. When I arrived the car was not complete and the rear-view mirror was not installed because it was not painted.

Today's date is the 20th, I went to pick up the rear-view mirror that I was told would only take 15 minutes to install. I was not told that they did not have the rear-view mirror when I came to pick up the car and they need to paint it. ROB said that I should have called and made an appointment, but as I told him if an appointment was needed it should have been done when I picked up the car. NO EXCUSE.

I have had the car for a week without a rear view mirror and now I am told that I need to make an appointment this is CRAP, I have been discriminated again because I am a african-american female and since they have received payment from Geico who cares if I have a rearview mirror or not also I wanted to mention that my car was suppose to be detailed because of the glass, I still have glass pieces in plain view in the window panel of the car and on the rear seat of the CAR.

I think that the service is horrible and when I trade it in I will not get the full re-sale value of the car becasue of the stratches that were not painted that were made by the body shop.
