Ripoff

I've been paying for this company for three full years, insurance for my car, in xmas this year my car stoolen, I report it to police, and every where, it needs, when I contcted them they asked me a full report, and gave me a list more than 20 things I have to send to them, as keys, service history, my RTA repot... Ect. I've sent evreything in full, waiting 40 days, they send me a reject of my claim, saying I havent met the conditions, evreything is not clear and I can't get an answer from anyone, when I call them they first put me in hold, and hung the phone, manytime, but when I get thrugh they transfer my call from mobile to mobile, and nobody knows my story, just keep waiting or we going to call you back, and no call back at all.in the same time they concil my insurance and kept my money for three years for them as a bounce, also they kept my keys for them, that if the police one day find my car, I cant drive it cause no keys. Its professional rip off. Other thing no fix address in any paper the send to customers, just a phone.
