Ripoff

On jan, 26 2006 I ordered through caribou imports a set of
shock absorbers for my 1976 alfa romeo for the sum of 196.40. I never recieved the shocks and have sent several E-Mails. Faxes and phone calls requesting the tracking number. After month of no responses I requested the amount paid back, to date I still have no shocks nor my amount paid refunded. I have registerd with Capital One, and Consumer compaints.
