Unprofessional and embarassisng collection tacticts Ripoff Salt Lake City

My car loan is in default (ex husband on drugs, took posession and do not know whereabouts). Capital One called my employer's HUSBAND at his professional office in center city Philadelphia and later that evening phoned my employer at HER HOME! Needless to say they were both furious and there is a chance I may be terminated from my job. They must have aquired the info from the internet because the only signers on the loan are my ex and me. I will file suit against them if I am terminated from my employment.
