Approved my auto loan, then refused to fund it after 2.5 weeks ripoff

Triad-Road loans approved my auto loan, then after 17 days, "kicked" the loan back & refused to fund the loan. Leaving it "pending" not "denied" yet they advised the dealer to get the car back from me.

It was because of employment verification. NOT CREDIT issues. The Triad rep. Did not do her due diligence to get the employment verification. She talked to the employer once & because of timing agreed to call employer back in 1 hour, but did not! Then she claims to have called the employer back the next morning.

She was already told that the employer was on vacation that week & would not b there. But the ID, nor voice mail does not support that the Triad rep called back. I called Triad & never received a call back.

Now 3 weeks later Triad is exercising the ability to take as long as they choose to decide to change their mind & not fund the auto loan.
