Harrasing Phone Calls, Before Payment is due, and embarrasing phone calls when it is late. Ripoff

I have had to deal with UACC for about two years now. I am currently trying to sell my car so that I dont have to deal with this company ever again. I have recived phone calls from a woman named Mindy the day before a payment is due, asking if I will be making a payment. Should my payment be up to 1 day late, they have attempted to call me, and if I did not anwser the phone, they called anybody who's number I had put on the application AFTER 1 DAY. My employer and various friends would call, and let me know that Mindy from UACC called... Again.

This is horribly embarrasing for me. I have had to deal with Ed as well, who has cussed at me, when I was late with a payment right after my wife had our first child, I told him I would be late with my payment due to some medical bills, and I would have it 4days later, he said this is Bull shit, and then began asking for information on my car, so that they could auction it off.

Another occasion that happened this week was that I have recently switched careers, and dont get paid until the first of the month, I called 3 times requesting to change the payment date to the 1st because im now on salary. This is bullshit also, Ed & Mindy have called me everyday since my payment has been late making their ususual threats, not so much Mindy, she might be the only sensible one there. But I could not tell you how many times Ed has called, sometimes two times a day. Ed has cussed at me and called me names, and made light of every thing that I have tried to do to clean credit.

This company is a joke, and it is a wonder how they are in business, guess the 22%interest rate plays a role in that.
