United Auto Credit-UACC is an ripoff

I had a credit loan with UACC for 2.5 years. During that year I had only been late twice but never over 30 days. They called me and my mom on the 17th of every month and would say"are you going to make a payment today"? Now this would be on the day my payment is due! I couldnt understand why she was calling and the 17th was not over! When I would tell her I will pay my payment on Friday, they would state there is no grace period with us! Are you kidding me that you need to call me the day the payment is due. They harrass me every month.

I got a bad deal with my SUV, and the end of June the truck died on me. I had explain this to them and they knew I was trying to get it fix. On July 18th, UACC called me and she ask me what was it going to cost to get my car fix, I told her 700.00. She got mad and said where is the car located we are going to pick it up! Now she never ask me was I going to pay the payment she just ask about the repairs. I told them were the car was and they repo my car! 7/17/07 fell on a tuesday and I got pd Friday. I got my car repo because my payment was 3 day late.

They were so mean and nasty to me, and threaten me so much that I am so glad that I dont have to deal with them anymore! I tried talking to the manager but he too was unreasonable! I know I will face them in court and I will be ready because they were a huge RIP OFF!
