Ripoff, threatened, fraud

On feb 20 i ordered an exhaust pipe which included the rear muffler. When i recieved the pipe, the muffler was not sent with it. I emailed customer service and they said it was an error in the catalog and that it would be fixed.

Ive repeatedly tried explaining to them i didnt order just the pipe, i also ordered the muffler that came with the pipe. After several more emails i recieved a phone call from eric b the manager at extension 309 on 888062803247. He called up saying how if i sent another email regarding my order there would be trouble.

I contacted another person at the company and they directed me to a service advisor and they emailed me saying i should call them and talk to them and i have called them several times and i have yet to get to talk to anything but an answering machine. The only thing i requested from this company is for them to honor my order the way it was presented to me upon payment. But now i must have to go through with various reports and fill out many files including a bbb complaint. Im looking for attorneys who would like to help file a lawsuit with this company for false advertisement and threatening me.
