Mislead and disterbed

On 05-18-09 i called meineke to get a price on an exhaust system for my truck the manager gave me a ball park figure give or take a few dollars it sounded good i took my truck to meineke talk to the manager he drove the truck in to the shop put it on the rack i went in the shop with the manager under the truck i showed him exactly what i wanted done told him what i wanted done he aggreed with me i asked for a dual exhaust system new from the manifolds back to the rear bumper with a dual in let dual out let muffler and ofcourse one pipe from each side into the muffler and back out of muffler the manager went in to the office came back with the total minus tax i aggreed to the price it was fair i left my truck with meineke

Manager said about two to three hours it should be done i gave my # so he could call me when truck was completed he did call me i had my friend drop me off i walked over to my truck got on the ground looked under it i was floored half of my old rusty exhaust was still there with one pipe going in to the muffler and two coming out the manager came walking out i asked him what is this on my truck his reply was dont it sound good i said no it does not it sounds the same way it did when i brought it in and i pointed out the old rusty pipe with the single exhaust system he said thats our dual exhaust i replied thats not what we discused when my truck was on your rack

The reason i brought it here was to get new exhaust because the old pipes where leaking he put the truck back on the rack and tried to convince me thats what i asked for i replied no its not i pointed out the old rusted pipe that is still on my truck had holes and was bad he tells the tech to weld the old pipe were ever he could to make the noise go away i was, nt going for it its not what i asked for the tech finished welding took the truck out side i told the manager i want to talk to the owner he says refer to the owners assistance fax # on the invoice i said thats not good enough he replies i, ll knock 40.00 dollars off the price i said i didnt want anything for free just what i asked for i, ll pay for i was getting no were with this guy i paid the bill left upset and totally robbed i had to go out of town the next day while i was out of town i faxed several complants to the fax # no response i, m still upset every time i start my truck
